Dill Bread(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 120~)
    1 c. cottage cheese, creamed *
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 large egg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dill seed
    2 1/4 c. flour, unbleached or bread
Preparation
    *Creamed cottage cheese should be heated to lukewarm.
