French Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 No Roll Mazola Pie Crust, baked
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 qt. strawberries
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 c. La Creme or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Wash berries, hull and drain well.
    Reserve half the berries for filling and half for glaze.
    Use the poorest for the glaze. Mash and strain berries for glaze until juice is extracted (roughly 3/4 cup juice).
    Bring juice to boiling point in small saucepan.
    Stir in a little cold water to cornstarch to make it a little liquidy.
    Slowly add cornstarch mixture and sugar to the juice, stirring while adding.
    Cook slowly 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cool.
