Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3 bananas)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In large bowl cream together butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well with electric mixer.
    Stir in bananas and lemon juice. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to mixture and stir only until blended.
    Add nuts and fold into mixture.
