Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oleo
    1 egg
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. each baking soda and salt
    3 c. quick cooking oats
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream oleo and sugar.
    Add vanilla, water and egg to first mixture, mixing well.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
    Yields 60 cookies. These freeze well. Dough may be chilled.
