Banana Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. light molasses
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. unprocessed bran
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Combine bananas, egg, milk, molasses and oil until well blended. In separate bowl, combine flour, bran, soda and salt. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture until just moistened. Do not over mix. Fold in raisins. Spoon batter into well greased muffin pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
