One Pan Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. buttermilk baking mix
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Generously grease bottom of a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Stir oil, milk, sour cream, eggs, baking mix, sugar and orange peel in pan with a fork until moistened.
Beat vigorously 1 minute.
Stir in cranberries and nuts.
Bake until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Run a knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen.
Remove from pan.
If desired, cool loaf completely and drizzle with Orange Glaze.
