Baked Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn (may use part whole kernel corn)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake in baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
Makes 8 servings.
