Zucchini Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, diced
    1 c. Bisquick mix
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. diced onion
    4 eggs, beaten separately
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Pour mix into greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
