Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pastry crust
3 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat all ingredients together in a large bowl of electric mixer.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until set.
If desired, top with whipped cream.
Will make 2 pies if frozen pie crusts are used.
Freezes well after baking.
