Carrot Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. finely shredded carrots
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple with syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
    Add oil, eggs, carrots, pineapple and vanilla.
    Mix until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed with electric mixer.
    Bake in greased and lightly floured 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan in 350\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes or until done.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
