Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 small ripe bananas
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour

Preparation

Mash bananas in mixing bowl.
Add the other ingredients in the order listed, beating well after each addition.
Pour into greased sheet cake pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until done.
