Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. dry noodles
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips.
    Dust with seasoned flour.
    Brown meat in butter.
    Add onion, mushrooms and garlic.
    Brown lightly. Stir in broth.
    Cover and cook for 1 hour or until tender. Gradually add sour cream.
    Boil noodles.
    Serve beef mixture over noodles.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
