Hot Applesauce Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. hot applesauce
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. mixed nuts
dates and raisins coated in flour

Preparation

Heat applesauce and add soda.
Cut butter up slightly and add to applesauce.
Stir to melt butter, then add all the rest of the ingredients.
Bake in greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 until done.
