One Egg Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix together about 4 to 5 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes (in a greased pan).
Split in half and put applesauce inside.
(You may bake in an iron skillet.)
This recipe can be made and baked in about 35 minutes.
