Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sifted enriched all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine boiling water, oats and margarine
    in
    a mixing bowl. Cover
    and
    let
    stand 20 minutes.
    Add
    sugar,
    eggs, flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Mix well and pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until cake tests done.
