Ham Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. (8 oz.) cubed ham
1 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
12 oz. can corn, drained
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. parsley flakes
8 oz. pkg. Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent rolls
Preparation

In medium size bowl, beat eggs well.
Stir in ham, cheese, corn, evaporated milk, onion, salt, thyme and parsley flakes. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
Place triangles in ungreased 9-inch pie pan.
Press over bottom and up sides to form crust.
Spoon mixture into crust.
Cover with foil and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
For easier serving, let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
Yields 5 to 6 servings.
