Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream together eggs, butter and sugar.
    Mix together flour, soda and salt; add to first mixture.
    Stir in bananas and vanilla. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Just before bread is done, mix lemon juice, powdered sugar and cornstarch in pan on stove.
    Stir until mixture thickens.
    Spread on top of hot bread and let cool.
