Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    In a large bowl, cut shortening into flour until completely mixed.
    Into a smaller bowl, beat egg.
    Add white vinegar and cold water.
    Beat together.
    Add liquid to flour mixture; blend until completely mixed.
    Don't worry about overmixing.
    Will be sticky. Place in refrigerator about 1/2 hour.
