Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch carrots
3 strips bacon
1 small onion
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. vinegar
water
Preparation

Peel and slice thin carrot.
Cook until tender (crisp).
Cut bacon into bits.
Saute and remove from pan.
Saute diced onion in bacon drippings and then mix sugar, flour (cornstarch), vinegar and a little water.
Stir into pan with onions.
Mix and thicken. Pour over drained carrots and add bacon bit.
Mix and serve warm.
