Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
    2 1/2 c. milk
    5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    grease from bacon (about 1/2 c.)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 chopped onion
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 to 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated Long Horn cheese
    1 jar pimentos
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in an oiled sheet cake pan in 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
