Pepper Steak(20 Minutes) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. beef
1/4 c. oil
1 c. water
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 medium green peppers, cut in strips
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Trim fat from beef and cut into strips.
Heat oil in large skillet. Cook beef until brown.
Stir in water, onions, garlic salt and ginger.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Add peppers during last 5 minutes.
Cook rice as package directs.
Blend cornstarch, sugar and soy sauce.
Stir into beef mixture.
Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
