Cavatini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) box cooked rotini noodles
1 lb. sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
28 oz. or more spaghetti sauce
sliced pepperoni
8 oz. or more shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 small jar sliced mushrooms (if desired)
Preparation

Place about 3 cups uncooked rotini noodles in boiling water. Cook until tender, but not totally done.
Brown sausage and drain. Place sausage over noodles in large casserole dish.
Place onion, pepper and sliced mushrooms over sausage.
Place sliced pepperoni over these ingredients.
Pour spaghetti sauce over pepperoni and top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes or until cheese is browned.
