Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    8 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    2 cakes yeast
    3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, salt, water, yeast and shortening.
    Beat. Add flour, 4 cups at a time.
    Let rise in refrigerator overnight. Roll out dough and cut into rolls.
    Let rise 30 minutes in a warm place or up to 3 hours in a cool place.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
