Omelette Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices thin bread, both sides buttered
    6 slices American cheese
    2/3 c. diced ham
    1 diced bell pepper
    1 diced medium onion
    1 pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
    12 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole with 6 slices buttered bread. On top of each, place 1 slice of American cheese.
    Sprinkle with ham, pepper and onion.
    Place 6 remaining slices of buttered bread on top and sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
    Mix 12 eggs and milk in blender.
    Pour over entire casserole and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then down to 350\u00b0 and bake for 50 minutes.
