Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. oats (whole or quick)
    1 c. raw almonds, cut up
    1 c. wheat bran
    1 c. wheat germ or oat germ
    1 c. sunflower seeds, blended
    1 c. raisins or unsweetened flaked coconut
    1 c. sesame seed
    1/2 c. canola oil
    3/4 c. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients in a large roasting pan.
    In a small saucepan, combine oil, honey and vanilla.
    Bring to a boil. Pour over dry ingredients.
    Mix well and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 15 minutes, stirring several times.
    Cool and store in a tightly covered container in a cool, dry area.
    Makes about 3 quarts.
