Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen butternut squash
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour sifted
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Thaw squash.
    Beat eggs and milk. Add flour and rest of ingredients.
    Beat well. Add squash and beat again.
    Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour 15 minutes.
    This can be made the day before,
    refrigerated and warmed before serving.
    It is delicious.
