Diabetic Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Cream of Wheat
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat a greased small iron skillet in a 500\u00b0 oven.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into a hot skillet.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
