Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine sugar, evaporated milk and chocolate morsels in a small saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring until chocolate melts and mixture boils.
    Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
    Serve hot over ice cream.
    Yields 1 cup.
