Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. finely shredded carrot
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a large mixer bowl.
Add carrot, oil and eggs.
Beat with an electric mixer until combined.
Stir in pecans.
Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9 x 1 1/2-inch round baking pans.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the centers comes out clean.
Cool on wire racks for 10 minutes. Remove cakes from pans.
Cool thoroughly on racks.
