Scrumptious Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, buttermilk, sugar and vanilla.
    Stir in dry ingredients, pineapple, carrots, coconut and nuts.
    Pour batter in 2 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Remove and immediately spread Buttermilk Glaze over layers.
    Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan.
    Cool completely, then spread Orange-Cream Cheese Frosting between layers and on top and sides of cakes.
