Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. grated cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in a heavy 1-quart saucepan.
Slowly add flour and simmer until well blended.
Very gradually add milk and simmer until sauce has thickened.
Add grated cheese and stir until sauce is smooth and cheese has melted.
