Kevin'S Easy Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix the sugar, eggs and oil together.
Mix the baking soda and flour mixture.
Beat by hand.
Add the pineapple and nuts and mix lightly.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
This cake is very moist.
