2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick margarine
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sweet milk
1 1/2 c. persimmon pulp
Preparation

Mix all
of
the ingredients and pour into a very large or 2 smaller pans. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes to finish baking.
