Cheesecup Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Put a vanilla wafer cookie in bottom of cupcake tins lined with papers.
    Fill 2/3 full with mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cool and top with pie filling when ready to serve.
    Makes 14 to 16 cupcakes.
