Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 bag fresh spinach
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sour cream
1 lb. Swiss cheese, bite size pieces

Preparation

Wash and cut spinach into bite size pieces.
Mix together mayonnaise, horseradish, vinegar and sour cream; pour sauce mix over spinach and cheese.
Mix well and chill.
