Pork Chop Creole(A Delicious 45-Minute Meal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    6 thinly cut pork chops
    seasoned flour
    4 potatoes
    4 onions
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 green bell pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet with tight fitting cover.
    Roll thinly cut pork chops in seasoned flour.
    Brown in hot oil. Slice potatoes and onions.
    Remove chops.
    Add layer of potatoes and onions.
    Add hot water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Return chops to skillet.
    Simmer in tightly covered skillet 30 minutes.
    Add sliced green pepper and cook 15 minutes longer.
