Three-Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can green beans
    1 (1 lb.) can yellow wax beans
    1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    The day before, if desired, drain beans and place in a glass bowl.
    Add onion.
    Mix oil and vinegar with sugar, salt and pepper.
    Pour over bean mixture.
    Toss and refrigerate, covered, until served.
