Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper
1/2 c. celery
1 small jar pimentos
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. white sugar
Preparation

Chop onion, pepper, celery, pimentos and sauerkraut.
Mix all ingredients and let stand in refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving.
