Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 ripe tomatoes
6 onions
2 red peppers, chopped
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. cloves and allspice
2 Tbsp. salt
2 c. brown sugar
1 pt. malt vinegar
2 c. mustard
Preparation
-
Mix the first 6 ingredients together and simmer until soft. Strain through a sieve.
Add brown sugar, vinegar and mustard. Boil again for 30 minutes.
Seal hot in bottles.
