Lentil Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lentils, cooked
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
    1 egg
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. flaked corn cereal or rice, cooked
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook lentils until quite dry, salting during cooking.
    Add rest of ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into greased baking dish or loaf pan.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    This roast makes good sandwich filling cold.
