Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. blueberries (frozen or fresh)
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla and beat vigorously about 2 minutes.
Fold in blueberries.
Combine nutmeg, sugar and pecans.
Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
Serve warm or cold.
Freezes well.
