Three Cheese Noodle Bake(Healthy Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. uncooked, cholesterol-free noodles (about 2 c.)
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    3/4 c. shredded, low-fat Cheddar cheese (3 oz.)
    1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onions with tops
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch) with nonstick spray.
    Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Mix noodles and remaining ingredients.
    Spread in dish.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set and edges are golden brown.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings.
