Corn And Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. can white Shoepeg corn
16 oz. can French-style green beans
1 small jar diced pimento
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. Ritz crackers
1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Drain corn, beans and pimento.
Thoroughly mix all vegetables, soup, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.
Pour into baking dish. Top with crushed crackers and margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
