Yellow Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. 2 layer cake mix
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    3 c. grated zucchini, drained 10 minutes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nutmeats
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Blend, then beat at medium speed (electric mixer) for 4 minutes.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    If baked in a Bundt pan, bake 40 to 45 minutes or until tester comes clean.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar icing.
