Natty Rice Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown rice, cooked
1 c. zucchini, shredded
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 wheat germ
1/4 c. medium sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray loaf pan with nonstick vegetable spray.
Combine all ingredients.
Pack into loaf pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until brown on edges and firm to touch.
Serve warm or hot.
