Swiss Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large mushroom caps
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
    1/3 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Place mushroom caps top side up on baking sheet.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Broil about 2 minutes.
    Turn caps over and brush with melted butter.
    Stuff by blending together remaining melted butter, bread crumbs and grated cheese.
    Broil until lightly browned and bubbly.
    Serve with steaks.
    Allow 2 caps per serving.
