Diabetic Chocolate Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. Sweet 'N Low (12 packets)
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Place milk and chocolate in pan on stove.
    Stir until melted. Add sugar, salt and Sweet 'N Low.
    Stir and bring to a boil. Cook until soft.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy. Pour into pan.
    When hard, cut into squares.
