Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. corn, drained
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 c. canned milk (evaporated)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine corn and eggs; mix well. Combine flour, salt, sugar and nutmeg.
    Stir into corn.
    Add butter and milk.
    Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish.
    Set casserole dish inside a larger dish with hot water to gel the custard.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
