Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. milk
    1 stick (1/2 c.)margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 small pkg. French vanilla pudding
    3 c. milk
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    graham crackers
Preparation
    Boil sugar, cocoa, 1/4 cup milk, margarine and vanilla for 1 minute; set aside.
    Allow to cool.
    Mix pudding and 3 cups milk in separate bowl.
    Add Cool Whip.
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with crackers.
    Cover with pudding mixture.
    Place crackers on top of pudding mixture.
    Pour icing on top.
    Chill.
