Pecan Sundae - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) tubs Cool Whip
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (3 oz.)
    1 pkg. butter pecan instant pudding (3 oz.)
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. pecan halves (optional)
Preparation
    First Layer:
    Mix together flour, butter and pecans.
    Press into a square 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Let cool.
